I recently did Grand Cayman, the largest of the three islands of the Cayman Islands. Although a short 1-hour flight from Miami, getting to Grand Cayman is a little tough, especially when starting in Austin.
3 flights and 9 and a half hours later, I arrived in Grand Cayman for a relaxing long weekend. Grand Cayman is definitely on my MUST RETURN list!
